North Dakota Soybean Council

Crops Institute Brings Players Together

Northern Crops Institute (NCI) is a collaborative effort among North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, and South Dakota to promote and develop new markets for crops. It's an international meeting and learning center which brings together crop buyers, commodity traders, technical experts, processors and producers from all points of the globe for discussion, education, and technical services.

Located at NDSU in Fargo this unique facility is only minutes from the farm fields which yield much of the world's food. NCI supports regional agriculture and value-added processing by conducting programs that expand and maintain domestic and international markets for northern-grown crops.
