Soy—Good For Your Taste Buds

We known, soy is good for us. But the U.S. public is now discovering how delicious it can taste. Studies at institutions like the Mayo Clinic, Harvard, Duke and several universities have revealed evidence of the wonders of soy, especially soy protein.

Health Benefits of Soy Protein

  • Soybeans are low in saturated fat and cholesterol free
  • They are rich in vitamins and minerals, including folic acid, potassium and fiber
  • Soy protein directly lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol 3% - 5%
  • It’s recognized as part of a healthy diet by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and American Heart Association
